one day later the rubber center is in bits all over my living room floor
I had such high hopes for this bone! I own a staffordshire bull terrier who is a powerful and voracious chewer. The plastic ends of the bone would be perfect for her, but they put this rubber layer in the middle (the green part) and she has torn it to shreds. I gave it to her last night and this morning I have little green rubber bits all over my floor and she ingested a fair amount of it (says it's non-toxic and hasn't seemed to bother her). In any case, if your dog likes to shred rubber this is not a good option! 2010-05-24

Not a healthy chew toy. Ends of bone are made of hard plastic which becomes jagged and sharp after only a little bit of chewing. Because of bulbous shape of bone, the jagged plastic rubs against dogs' gums, causing bleeding.
There are other bones made from similar plastic, that are much flatter shaped--helping reduce the chance of plastic cutting into dogs' gums.
Or you could try the Kong rubber bonesKONG Goodie Bone Dog Toy, Medium, Red. They last pretty long with our two mid-sized moderately aggressive chewers.

My Two Boxer Mixes Love 'Em!
I have three dogs, only two of which like chew bones. And those two LOVE these Nylabone "Double Action" chew bones. In fact, they are on their third pair (one for each to avoid conflicts). While they are no "wolves", they are good sized boxer mixes (each around 50 lbs) & extremely hard chewers. And these bones last for months and months of heavy use. Eventually, they will wear through on one end or the other of the bones (the "knobs" on the end are very thick, but not completely solid), and I throw them away & buy two more. They never seem to tire of them! 2010-03-29

Well I been around here for a while and I found what I needed, but the points this post has touched are really amazing, everyone’s trying to either copy or follow the same thing again and again, and most of the time get really hurtled by this. I think this being the first post to really post something out of the box will really help me and many others. I think trying this is really worth. It will not be wastage of time coz in any case this will never harm our campaigns for good serps.
